Do you currently have Hearing Aids?

Adoption Program

Our Team can help you on your Hearing Health journey. We, at Regional ENT Audiology, offer adoption programs for patients that need a new service provider. We would love for you to be a part of our family of patients. We offer programs that include service & batteries for 1 to 2 years at a small fee.

Please call us today to schedule your first Complimentary Clean and Check to discuss more options!

Clean and Check Appointments

This 15 minute appointment is scheduled with our Audiology Technician every 4 months. The hearing aids will be fully cleaned and verified that things sound strong and clear. The patient will receive a 4 month supply of batteries and supplies.

We encourage continuing cleaning and maintenance after you have purchased hearing aids to ensure you receive Elite performance and benefit from your hearing aid(s).

We encourage all our patients to come in for regular hearing aid check-ups and cleaning. Maintenance, Repairs, Cleanings, and Warranties come with all brands of hearing aids. We offer in-office repairs when possible on most makes/models.

Clean and Check Appointments

Stop in at either location to purchase your hearing aid batteries. We frequently go through our stock of batteries, so you can feel confident you are getting the freshest batteries in town. Also, in the event you forget what batteries are needed for your particular device we can ensure you are purchasing the correct one!

The four most common hearing aid battery sizes are all smaller than the diameter of a dime:

  • Size 10 (Yellow)
  • Size 312 (Brown)
  • Size 13 (Orange)
  • Size 675 (Blue)

Hearing aid batteries use zinc-air technology and are activated by exposure to oxygen. Don’t remove the sticker until you are ready to use the battery Once activated, the batteries are continuously running. However, you can conserve battery life by opening your hearing aid battery doors when you remove your hearing aids at night.
Allow the battery one minute to rest after removing the sticker and before placing it into the hearing aid. This will allow it to activate. Dispose of your Batteries in a safe location.
They are harmful if ingested.
Color is Key! All manufactuers are required to use specific colors for each hearing aid battery size. When you buy batteries, you only need to look for your color! (see above) Check your battery door and battery compartment for debris, dirt, or wax. This will affect the performance of the Hearing Aids.
